AdData , used by less than 2% of our subscribers, is monthly-updated software reserved for qualified blue chip entities requiring highly-specialized search or export functionality. Even given such requisites, we usually do not furnish this custom software to businesses. The primary reasons are to protect brand and agency executives from email blasts, and to protect our software from being stripped and repurposed egregiously.
We rigorously review AdData applications, and move most users to AdData , at the same or lower cost, if we have residual questions about clients’ business models and data applications. AdData provides the most field options for porting brand and agency data to proprietary CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com, Act!) or communications (e.g,. Excel, Outlook) files. Based in Filemaker® software, it is also the most difficult to use, and we heavily recommend your staff use AdData ; a request to purchase this customized software will usually be declined.

Do simple or compound searches via desktop software (no web access needed - access limited to two primary computer addresses per licensed user), for brand and agency contacts, plus media planning information, brand spending data, etc.

Search, sort, print, and export results based on numerous criteria: alphabetically by brand or agency, by personnel names, title groupings, plan timing, zip codes, brand spending, etc. (Please note: to protect brand and agency personnel, email field data is not exportable, but can be copied; and there is a 750-brand per user per month export limit.)

Search for exact titles.

Search for brands’ digital agencies, or for brands’ non-digital agencies, whose planning supplements that of brands’ main media planning agencies.

Work extensively with brand spending data, such as ranking and sorting spending by LNA Class and Code, by brand, by corporation, by agency, by city, by state, etc.

Annotate brand records heavily, and assign values and salespeople to brands.

Store record annotations and search results temporarily, for up to 31 days. NOTE: New versions of are downloaded monthly, and the distinct monthly versions can NOT update their predecessors (i.e., February does not update January ).
